The Chasers is an rock post-hardcore band from Paris, France.
Having each played rock metal on the prestigious Parisian stages for several years in different bands, “The Chasers” all felt the urge for change, then the band thus came together with a desire to combine catchy melodies with discordant guitar riffs, and now offer a powerful, energetic music often accompanied by calm transitions full of emotion.
In 2012, The Chasers signed with Next Dimension Gears (producers of The Earl Grey and Sunday PM) and then spent time at Insight Studio with the NDG production team to record their debut EP " Close To Howling ".
The EP was mastered by Ted Jensen (Muse, Deftones, Bring Me The Horizon) at Sterling Sound studios in New York, and this first composition captures the complete authenticity of a group of artists who are determined to immortalize the feelings and convictions of a new generation bound up with uncertain future.
After a tour in Russia, The Chasers came back at Insight Studio in fabruary 2014 to work on their upcoming new EP.
The Chasers is proud to use Wild Customs guitars.
